A man with whom I work, so it works for him! This is not so much to avoid, become ill, because they reduce the duration of the disease, I think.

What does not help me a bit. I have discussed this matter than 3 days is required. They have a terrible cold later. I think it's a rip off

There is no evidence or studies that Airborne works. The air contains vitamins A and C. colds can last between 1-10 days. If someone in the air that the second day of his cold woke up the next day to feel better, it has worked. In fact, they are better on their own. I do not recommend taking Airborne and multiple vitamins at the same time. You can get sick. Your best defense against colds is to live a healthy life. Good food, wash a form of physical activity and hands, especially before eating.

It seems to shorten the duration of a cold. I've used it before boarding an airplane, but if you still have the flu. Not sure fight a cold. Make sure you take your vitamins and eating healthy. Drink plenty of fluids and wash their hands. These are excellent ways to avoid illness, some hand sanitizer (to keep). In addition, do not try to touch the face, eyes, etc. during these cold months of the flu /. It is an easy way to get sick. If you get sick, I would Zicam - much shorter duration.
