How do I program coordinates for finding a geocache into a Garmin eTrex Legend? (It is not Cx or Hcx model)? - garmin etrex legend cx
I bought a used Legend online blue translucent and have only a quick start. It seems that you know where I am as a reference point can not, I want to go. This model is used only to "put bread crumbs" for walking and not used for geocaching? Now I see the CX is a symbol geocaching treasure chest, but my model does not. The menu is: Via points above (highlighted), favorites, cities, exits and points of interest. I see no need to enter into details. I do not want to enter the code GCXXXX just want to be able to come handy in the cache coordinates. (The cable to the computer gave me the seller is not at all as the legend says, I will not go into details of hand. I just want em gone!) I support this because I think I've lost my money. Thank you.

If the manual to confuse you, here is the general procedure, I have a GPS receiver (Garmin) devices, Magellan and Delorme. I have the Garmin right now, but generally uses the same procedure is to mark your current position. Then go to the latitude and longitude fields to edit each field to match the coordinates of the inbox have. When you mount the LAT and fields long, you may have a need to press Enter or something in Edit mode.
I've geocaching for almost 5 years. We hope you enjoy.
