I live in the United Kingdom and now I want to renew my license in Australia to obtain a British license. Is this possible and how?

You can do it. I had to renew it when I was in the U.S. a few years ago. You need a renewel form and mail with a photo. I do not know exactly how it happened, but possible. It was very funny for me because I finished with the same photo on my license in NSW, my passport and visa from the United States. I thought that atleast 1 person would think that immigration is sweet, but no one blinked.
Have someone be missing for a renewel for you, too. And you have to fill out and submit.
I do not know how the license will come in the recorded image. when the time came to, bring your old license, and explain that you were into the United Kingdom for the test, of course, you can renew it. Thanks
